This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains what information is collected when you visit Pal-World.net, how that information is used and shared, and the choices available to you. Please read it carefully.
Operator and scope of this Policy
Pal-World.net (the "Site") is a fan-made Palworld reference resource operated by Jordan Vale ("we", "us" or "our"). This Policy applies to the Site and to every page served under the pal-world.net domain. It does not apply to any third-party site reached through a link on the Site.
The Site consists entirely of static files. There is no account system and no server of ours behind the pages; the search, the calculators and the team builder run within your browser.

Information collected
The Site does not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you expressly provide it. There is no registration, no newsletter, no comment facility and no contact form on the Site.
Information reaches third parties in three ways, each described below: measurement data processed by Google Analytics; technical request data processed by our hosting provider; and settings written into your own browser, which are not transmitted anywhere.
If you write to us at the address given under "Contact us", we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and use them only to respond to you.
Purposes and legal bases of processing
Measurement data is processed to understand which pages are used and to decide what to improve. Where the GDPR applies, this processing rests on our legitimate interest in understanding use of the Site; you may object at any time by using the opt-out under "Your rights and choices", which takes effect immediately.
Technical request data is processed to deliver the page you requested and to protect the Site against abuse. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site. This processing is not governed by the analytics opt-out, because the Site cannot be delivered to you without it.
Correspondence is processed in order to answer it, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Third-party analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to measure page views. Google receives the page requested, the page or search that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
Google Analytics stores its own cookies (_ga and _ga_*) in your browser. They distinguish one browser from another, so that a second visit is not counted as a second visitor.
You may opt out at any time under "Your rights and choices". The Site runs Google Analytics under Google Consent Mode v2, and an opt-out sets every consent signal to "denied": from that point no cookies are stored, and what Google receives from your browser is an anonymous measurement that cannot be associated with a returning visitor. Google also publishes a browser add-on that disables Google Analytics measurement on every site that uses it.
Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no accepted industry standard for how a site should respond to it, and the Site does not respond to it. The opt-out under "Your rights and choices" is the control that governs measurement on the Site, and it applies irrespective of any browser signal.
Third-party advertising
Advertising on the Site is supplied by Adsterra. Each advertisement loads inside an isolated frame served from this domain. The Site passes no information about you to the provider, but the request your browser makes in order to fetch an advertisement carries what any request carries: your IP address, your user agent and the page you are reading.
The provider may set its own cookies and use those details in order to select an advertisement, to limit how often the same one is repeated, and to measure clicks. Its handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy, linked below, which is also where any choice it offers over personalised advertising is found.
Advertising is served to every visitor. The opt-out offered under "Your rights and choices" governs measurement by Google Analytics and nothing else: it does not stop advertisements from being served, and it does not prevent or remove the provider’s cookies.
Retention of your information
Measurement data associated with an individual user or event is retained by Google for 14 months from collection, after which it is deleted. Aggregated reports, which identify neither a user nor an event, are not subject to that limit.
Request logs are retained by Cloudflare in accordance with its own policy. Entries written into your browser remain until you clear them, as described under "Cookies and local storage".
We operate no database of our own, so no information about you is retained by us other than correspondence you choose to send.
Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the Site is encrypted in transit. We operate no server, no database and no account system, and hold no personal information about visitors; the measurement and request data described in this Policy is held by Google and by Cloudflare under their own security programmes.
No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Location of operation and international transfers
The Site is delivered from a global content delivery network, and the providers named in this Policy — Google and Cloudflare — are established in the United States. Information described in this Policy may therefore be transferred to, processed in and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States.
Where information is transferred out of the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, those providers rely on transfer mechanisms recognised under applicable law, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights and choices
If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the GDPR gives you the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to have it corrected, erased, restricted or transferred, and to object to processing carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest. There is no account here to look up: the personal data in question is what Google Analytics processes as described above, and objecting stops that processing.

Complaints regarding our processing of your data
If you believe your personal data has been handled improperly, please write to us first at the address given under "Contact us"; we will respond within one month. If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country in which you live or work, or in which you consider the infringement to have occurred.
Notice of privacy rights to California residents
The categories of personal information collected through the Site in the past twelve months are internet or other electronic network activity information, and approximate geolocation inferred from an IP address, in each case as described under "Third-party analytics" and "Sharing of your information". No other category is collected.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. The Site carries third-party advertising as described under "Third-party advertising", and that disclosure may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising as that term is defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen years of age.
California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about them, to have that information deleted, and to have it corrected, and will not be treated differently for exercising those rights. To make a request, write to us at the address given under "Contact us".
No use by children
The Site is a reference resource for a video game and is not directed at children under thirteen years of age. It requests personal information from nobody, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please write to us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site links to sites operated by others, including those of the providers named in this Policy. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. This Policy does not apply to them; please consult the privacy policy of any site you visit.
Effective date and changes to this Policy
This Policy is effective as of the date shown at the top of this page and describes the Site as it stood on that date. We may amend it, and the date will be updated when we do. If the Site begins to collect information that it does not collect today, this Policy will be amended before that collection begins. Your continued use of the Site after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy.
